In case you are not satisfied with any of our products or you want to make a change you can make it by appointment by phone at + (30) 2463053473 or by e-mail at contact@originalx.gr The return or change of products is done no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided that the product will be in its original packaging (label / barcode), unused and undamaged. Changes are accepted only with the proof of purchase that accompanies the goods. In case of return or change the costs are borne by the customer. In case the purchase was made by cash on delivery, the amount of cash on delivery is non-refundable. The resulting amount will be returned to a bank account that you indicate to us within 5 working days.
